the Story Behind
I began baking cakes for friends and family prior to moving to Alaska, launching my own business three years ago. I studied art at Robert Gordon University in Scotland so my cake decorations reflect my appreciation for interesting color and design and I've developed a passion for decorating custom pieces of edible art over the years. I'm currently located in South Anchorage and I put my heart and soul into every cake I make. I'll be here to keep creating and baking! Thanks for supporting my small biz!
How I create my cakes~
My particular specialty is in hand piped flower buttercream cakes, and while I am not a fan of fondant, I may use a little fondant for small decorations. My goal is to come up with a creation that will make my clients happy and satisfied. Each item on the cake, from the macarons to the flowers, are all created from scratch in my kitchen.
Cakes and Cupcakes
I offer a number of delicious flavors, perfect cakes and cupcakes for any celebration. I am also willing to work with you to create a perfect cake/cupcakes for your special event (send me any inspirational photos you have in mind, just to give me ideas). Each petals is hand-piped using Italian meringue buttercream for all the floral decorations.
A cake order needs a minimum of 2 weeks notice. For cupcakes (a dozen minimum) order a minimum of a week in advance.

For cupcakes, choose one flavor per dozen.
Flavors, fillings and frostings are limited to few choices, due to my focus being on cake decoration. My goal is to create cakes that highlight the true flavors without overpowering them with unnecessary sweetness.
I do NOT offer gluten-free, vegan, nut-free, vegan dairy-free or any dietary restrictions.
Pricing
Because of the custom nature of most orders, listed starting prices do not reflect the final price of any product.
Cupcakes are priced between $4-$10 each. Cake prices vary depending on the category, size and designs complexity. Venmo, PayPal and Zelle only. See the “How to Order” page for details o placing an order and for any cancellation.
