GENERAL

By ordering from SweetsbyBetty, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept that these Conditions may be modified or amended and posted on this website from time to time.

ORDERING

I reserve the right to refuse any order you place with me. I may limit or cancel quantities purchased. In the event that I make a change to or cancel an order, I will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. Customers are responsible for verifying that the details on their invoice is correct, and notifying SweetsbyBetty if anything is incorrect. 

CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Cancellations and modifications must be made at least 1 week in advance of your order. Orders cancelled between 7-14 days will get 50% deposit refund. In the event that the order is cancelled within 1 week of the fulfillment date, no refund will be issued. The final date of any modifications to your order (including size, flavor, design, order date and time) are due at least 1 week prior to the fulfillment date. All payments must be made within 1-3 days to pick-up date.

DAMAGES

SweetsbyBetty assumes no liability or responsibility after the order leaves my kitchen for pick up.
