Store cake in the refrigerator and pull out 2-3 hours before cutting.
First, remove any fondant letters before cutting, to support your cake whilst you cut. Make sure you have a sharp knife. Mark the cut lines on top of the cake and slice down the cake. You may cut it as you like! This cake can be cut in different ways. It can be cut into bigger or smaller squares or wedges. Wipe knife clean after each cut. Repeat the process from the next cut line. Regular serving size is 1 inch wide by 2 inch length by 4 inch high.
Don’t forget to wrap the remaining cake with cling film to keep it fresh and enjoy your cake.
